Terms and Conditions
1) Le "Promoteur" est Tero Innovation Inc. dont le siège social est situé à l’adresse suivante : 529 rue Feydeau, Québec (QC) G1C 6R3.
2) Le concours est ouvert aux résidents du Canada âgés de 18 ans et plus excepté les employés de Tero Innovation Inc. et leurs proches ainsi que toutes personnes en relation avec l’organisation ou le jugement du concours.
3) There is no entry fee or purchase obligation for this contest.
4) By entering this contest, the entrant agrees to all of these terms and conditions.

6) The contest is limited to one entry per person. If a person participates more than once, he or she may be disqualified.
7) The closing date for entries is 24/04/2022. After this date, entries in the Contest will not be counted.
8) No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
9) Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest and its terms and conditions without notice in the event of natural disaster, civil or military war, act of God or any failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel the Contest in the event of major circumstances or problems beyond its control. Entrants will be notified of any changes in the contest by the Sponsor.
10) The Sponsor is not responsible for the quality and description of the prizes provided to the winners by any third party involved in the contest.
11) The prizes are as follows: 25 off all Tero products, $50 off all Tero products, $75 off the free Tero Plus or Tero Plus device - Value $695. Prizes are as described and cannot be redeemed for cash, and no alternative is offered if the prize is not suitable. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value without notice.
12) Winners will be determined as follows: Randomly by software, from the list of entrants/winners and verified by the Sponsor or its agent.
13) The Promoter will inform the winner of when and where the prize can be collected/delivered.
14) The Promoter's decision on all aspects of the contest is final and no discussions will be entered into.
15) Entrants' information will be transferred to a database which will formalize their entry. Information submitted to the database becomes the property of Tero Innovation Inc. and will not be returned to the entrant in any way.
