ARTICLE 1 - SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR ORDERS FROM THE KICKSTARTER CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this policy or in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, the following provisions apply to orders from the Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign:

  • Delivery is scheduled for summer 2021*;
  • Currently, delivery is only available in Canada and exceptionally in the United States;
  • Delivery charges and taxes are pending, they are not included in the cost of the contribution made during the Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign;
  • We estimate that the shipping cost will be approximately 50 CAD in Canada and 50 USD in the United States, given the weight of the products and the dimensions of the shipping packaging;
  • The above prices are estimates and may vary, particularly depending on the destination of the package.

ARTICLE 2 - SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ORDERS RESULTING FROM THE FALL 2020 PRESALE (PURCHASE MADE BETWEEN OCTOBER 21, 2020, AND APRIL 14, 2021, INCLUSIVELY)

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this policy or in the Terms and Conditions, the following provisions apply to orders resulting from the 2020 presale (purchase made between October 21, 2020, and April 14, 2021, inclusively):

  • Delivery is scheduled for fall 2021**;
  • Delivery is only available in Canada;
  • For deliveries outside of Canada, please subscribe to this list;
  • Shipping costs are approximately 50 CAD. However, for a limited period they may be offered free of charge by Tero as part of a Contest, at Tero’s sole and absolute discretion and subject to the provisions herein; Tero may terminate the free delivery promotion at any time and without prior notice;
  • The above prices are estimates and may vary, particularly depending on the destination of the package.

ARTICLE 3 – GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLYING TO ALL ORDERS

The displayed shipping prices do not include taxes.

At this time, Tero products are available for delivery in Canada and the United States only, with the understanding that certain restrictions or conditions may apply in certain states, provinces, regions or territories, including, but not limited to, the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

The default shipping method is Economy or Standard by Ground.

Delivery times from the dispatch of the order are not guaranteed and are provided for information purposes only and Tero makes no commitment as to these times.

In the context of a return or an exchange, refer to the Return Policy.

 

Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. In case of an error or change, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Additional shipping fees may be charged. This also applies in the case of unclaimed or refused packages.

 

Items damaged in transit

Tero ensures that the items are shipped in proper condition for sale and that they are properly packaged in order to avoid any breakage during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at info@teroproducts.com.

 

Lost package

If your package appears to be lost:

1. Please contact the carrier with the tracking number for your package listed in the shipping confirmation email sent by Tero.
2. If contacting the carrier does not resolve the problem, email us at info@teroproducts.com.

 

Unclaimed package

Tero is not responsible for unclaimed packages as well as the costs of returning goods. In addition, the costs related to the reshipment of an unclaimed order to the post office within the specific time period will be borne by the customer.

 

COVID-19While public health guidelines regarding COVID-19 are still in effect at the time of shipment, in order to ensure the health and safety of our employees, we wish to inform you that preparing your orders may take longer than usual.

We reserve the right to modify, replace or update any part of this delivery policy.
